Simone holds a Master’s in Holistic Mental Health Counseling from Salve Regina University, with advanced certifications in Expressive Arts Therapy and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Drawing on her education and personal experience, she guides individuals and couples towards a more balanced way of living.
Coming from the poor middle class, Simone understands firsthand the challenges of feeling overwhelmed and stressed, and seeks to support clients through life transitions, such as career changes/losses, or relationship shifts. Simone specializes in working with individuals with ADHD, childhood trauma, and relationship concerns. She also has a passion for educating and counseling individuals and couples wishing to explore alternative lifestyles, combining clinical expertise with real world experience to help those in relationships such as polyamory, swinging, ethical-non monogamy, and BDSM/KINK.
Her practice includes clients aged 13-65 who are addressing issues such as life transitions, trauma symptoms, substance use, career challenges, managing anxiety, grief, or PTSD symptoms, relationship dynamics, adolescents transitioning to adulthood, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and alternative relationships and lifestyles.
